Academic Council Notes:
Motion 1: Course Changes, Additions, Deletions - Approved(Hopkins/Sullivan-Gonzalez) Motion 2: Change Program: B.A. in English - Approved (Hopkins/Allen) Motion 3: Change Program: B.B.A. in Management - Approved (Cyree/Gershon) Motion 4: Change Program: B.E. in Engineering - Approved (Cheng/Hopkins) Motion 5: Student Petition Brittany Dukes Request re 15/21 [ALTERNATE] Approved (Sullivan-Gonzalez/Loftin) (The request by Brittany Dukes was denied as written, but an alternative request was approved. The UG Council approved allowing Ms. Dukes to exceed the limit of 6 out of the last 21 hours being transfer courses. The motion by the Council approved extending this to up to 14 transfer hours, but requires that the student receive prior approval from the Department of Health, Exercise Science and Leisure Management to take any upper division ES courses at another institution for the purpose of transferring back to fulfill specific degree requirements.)
